I must admit to both loving and hating the food in my life.  I love it of course for how wonderful it tastes, and how it makes me feel.  Not to mention it keeps me alive.  Ironically, the food I love the most, is also the food I hate the most at various times.  Mainly because I eat too much of it, and because, it’s usually the food that’s no good for me.  At least in terms of health I mean.  Psychologically, I think food is great for me, as it keeps me in a pretty good mood.  For me, the trick is to finding balance between the food I enjoy, and the food that’s good for me.  What I’ve had to do, is to broaden my horizons a little bit with what I eat.  I’m learning, that there is plenty of food that is both good for me, and tastes good as well.  That’s what I hope to explore more in this blog about one of my favorite topics . . . food & eating.
